Basic Package

• $1500 Fri thru Sun
• You supply the chairs, food, décor, etc. You get the use of the facilities all weekend.
• Basic Package includes use of all our facilities/amenities.

  ○ 4 bathrooms – 1 handicap accessible with sitting room, women’s 2 stall bathroom, men’s single bathroom
• Facility can accommodate up to 1,000 people
• Land can accommodate parking and/or camping

  ○ Bathrooms 1 inside and an outhouse (which is a fully functional and not primitive at all)
